Return Instructions

· For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially NY beast Inc. accepts exchanges or refund within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

· The item/s must be unharmed, not used or altered and must have all original security seals still attached.

    

Return Steps    

· Please, Reach out to help@nybeautyfeast.com with your order number that you'd like to exchange or return.

· Print Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order.

· Pack Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

· Ship Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS(subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed.

Orders $100 and over always ship for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $5for Standard 3-7 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3-5 Day shipping.

Standard (3-5 business days): $5 Rush (1-2 business days): $25

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Sephora.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

    

How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?

Once received, return packages are processed within 7-14 business days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

When I exchange an item there are two transactions on my credit card - can you explain?

When an exchange is requested it is completed in two steps:

  1. A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.

  2. A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.

Two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. Please note that billing for the exchange item is subject to payment authorization and once authorized, it will post immediately to your account. While both the credit transaction and the billing transaction for the exchange occur simultaneously, it may take longer for the credit to post to your account depending upon the bank’s processing times for credits.

I used PayPal to make my purchase, can I exchange my order?

Yes. If you would like to make an exchange, please fill out the back of the invoice and include your credit card information. We are unable to process exchanges directly with your PayPal account.

    

I ordered/received the wrong product, should I return it?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and please reach out to us as soon as possible help@nybeautyfeast.com for assistance.

    

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and please reach out to us as soon as possible help@nybeautyfeast.com for assistance.
